Entry to Colorado Charlie is allowed only for individuals aged 18 and above. Identification might be requested upon entry, so bring a valid ID

When visiting Colorado Charlie, every visitor will be searched. Refusal to cooperate can result in denial of access to Colorado Charlie.

Entering Colorado Charlie is at your own risk. The organization cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from direct or indirect actions of the organization or individuals hired by third parties during the event, unless there is gross negligence.

By entering Colorado Charlie, you automatically agree to the recording and use of camera footage by Colorado Charlie
and its partners.

We have (enough) lockers all year round!

We advice you to bring smints.

Sold out means sold out. Only door sale when we communicate it.

Visitors should dress appropriately. Sportswear, flip-flops, and sports jerseys are not allowed. Colorado Charlie reserves the right to refuse entry for inappropriate attire.

Our venue is roofed when it's raining/windy or cold outside. Though, the temperature will always stay the same as outside. We recommend layers and/or jackets in colder weather.

Our venue is completely open air with good and sunny weather.

Please admire our decor with your eyes only. Thanks for understanding & respecting our belongings!

We don't sell cigarettes or vapes.

We have (vegan) food options during our events.

We have lockers, but they’re not equipped for big bags or a lot of belongings.

Re-entry of Colorado Charlie is not permitted. In = in, out = out

The lockers are quite small. They do fit very small helmets (bike or skateboard helmets), but mostly not.

It’s allowed to bring sunscreen to our events when it’s really sunny and warm (beach) weather.

Door closes around 22:00, unless we communicate something else trough our socials.

We don't give refunds for tickets or drink/food vouchers

• Music Experience at Events:
  
  Attended an event and the music didn't meet your expectations? Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for such instances.
  
  
• Unused Drink/food vouchers:
  
  If you have remaining drink vouchers, you can utilize them at another event within this season. Refunds for unused vouchers are not provided.
  
  
• Incorrect Event Ticket Purchases:
  
  Accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong event? Typically, we do not offer refunds for such cases. It's advisable to sell them on a platform like Ticketswap. Feel free to send a DM or email for further assistance, and we'll respond accordingly.

There are plenty options to park your car around our beach club.

There are 3 garages within walking distance:

• Interparking Boulevard
  
• APCOA PARKING Kurhaus
  
• APCOA PARKING Strand

The last option, which is the most nearby:

• Parkeerterrein Zwarte Pad, open-air parking area.

Beware of 2 things:

On beach days it can be very crowded around the area and it could be really hard to find a spot. You cold park your car somewhat further away and use public transport for the last part.

It is prohibited to park your car on street spots. These are only reserved for residents. When you do so, you will definitely get a wheel clamp/boot and a fine up to €450!

For busses (21, 22, 23) or trams (1 & 9) it's the last stop at 'Zwarte Pad' or 'Kurhaus'.

OV travels until 00:30, so you'll have plenty of time to walk from our event to the tram and bus stop.
