1. Entry to Colorado Charlie is allowed only for individuals aged 18 and above. Identification might be requested upon entry, so bring a valid ID.
2. When visiting Colorado Charlie, every visitor will be searched. Refusal to cooperate can result in denial of access to Colorado Charlie.
3. Re-entry of Colorado Charlie is not permitted. In = in, out = out.
4. Entering Colorado Charlie is at your own risk. The organization cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from direct or indirect actions of the organization or individuals hired by third parties during the event unless there is gross negligence.
5. By entering Colorado Charlie, you automatically agree to the recording and use of camera footage by Colorado Charlie and its partners.
6. Failure to adhere to any of the above house rules will result in denied access to Colorado Charlie, without a ticket refund.
7. Visitors should dress appropriately. Sportswear, flip-flops, and sports jerseys are not allowed. Colorado Charlie reserves the right to refuse entry for inappropriate attire.
8. Colorado Charlie doesn't tolerate any form of discrimination such as aggressive, racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic or ableist behaviour. Any behaviour of this nature will lead to removal.
9. Respect the privacy of others and treat fellow visitors, staff and others with courtesy.
10. Colorado Charlie reserves the right to refuse entry or remove you from the premises when: you are visibly intoxicated, you are aggressive or cause disturbance, you are using or dealing drugs, you are carrying weapons, wearing inappropriate or offensive attire such as football jerseys.
11. Colorado Charlie enhances a zero-tolerance policy, the use, possession or sale of soft- and hard drugs are strictly forbidden.
12. Respect the DJ's music choice and other visitors.
13. Refunds to not apply in case of an indifference in taste of music or if the DJ did not live up to the visitors' expectations.
14. Photo, video, and audio recording devices are not allowed (mobile phones with cameras are permitted).
15. Dispose of waste in designated bins. Leave Colorado Charlie clean.
16. Visitors are encouraged to keep Colorado Charlie tidy.
By adhering to these rules, you contribute to a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all club members. Failure to comply with these rules may result in warnings or removal from the premises.
