Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about our events. Our house rules ('huisregels') apply to all our events - you can find our complete list of house rules here. Additionally, all our events are subject to our general terms and conditions which can be found here.

The minimum age is 18. Please bring a valid ID; this will be checked at the entrance.

Yes, (vegetarian) food options are available at our events.

No, to keep our décor and venue clean. We recommend bringing mints instead.

Yes, events are covered during bad weather. The sides remain open, so dress warmly if it's cold. In case of extreme weather or safety risks, we will notify ticket holders via email and social media.

Yes, lockers are available and can be rented on-site via a QR-code. Large bags, helmets, or many items are not recommended as the lockers are not suitable for them.

There is no specific dress code, but appropriate clothing is required. Sportswear, flip-flops, and football shirts are not allowed. Colorado Charlie reserves the right to deny entry if clothing is deemed inappropriate.

Smoking is allowed outside but not inside the covered areas. We do not sell cigarettes or vapes.

The doors open at 17:00 CET and close at 21:00 CET unless otherwise stated on our social media channels.

No, re-entry is not allowed. In = in, out = out.

You can park at:
• Interparking Boulevard
• APCOA PARKING Kurhaus
• APCOA PARKING Strand

The nearest option is the Zwarte Pad parking lot, located on the hill. Note: this lot may fill up early during summer. Payment can be made via various mobile parking apps.

Street parking is prohibited and reserved for residents. Fines can be as high as €450.

Yes, navigate to the 'Zwarte Pad' stop. Both buses and trams stop here.

Yes, sunscreen is allowed, but sprays are not permitted.

Ticket Information

After purchasing, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the order status page where you can download your tickets.

Use the search function on the Weeztix website to locate your tickets. If this doesn't work, contact Weeztix at tickets@weeztix.nl and provide:
• The name of the event
• The email address used to purchase the tickets
• A copy/screenshot of your bank statement

Yes, you can sell your ticket via TicketSwap.

No, tickets can be scanned from your phone. Make sure your screen brightness is set to 100% for easier scanning.

Yes, each ticket in your order has a unique QR code.

Late personalisation means you personalise your tickets with details like name and date of birth. This makes tickets personal and prevents misuse.

Go to the order status page via the confirmation email, click "Download tickets," and fill in the required information. Once personalised, you can download your tickets. For sealed tickets, this is only possible after the sealed date.

Sealed tickets cannot be downloaded immediately and become available shortly before the event. They are designed to prevent fraud and unwanted resales.

Once available, sealed tickets can be downloaded from the order status page.

Click the "Download tickets" button in your confirmation email.

Yes, via TicketSwap or Tixel. Follow these steps: 1. Go to the order status page via the link in your confirmation email. 2. Scroll down to "Can't attend?" and select either TicketSwap or Tixel. You will be redirected to the chosen platform.
